WEGNER has signed a contract with the Kołobrzeg Social Building Society for the construction of the first stage of the Witkowice Kołobrzeg estate. The estate includes 10 multi-family buildings. A photovoltaic installation supplying electricity to common areas is planned on each of the buildings. In the Witkowice estate, there will also be places for electric car charging and storage reservoirs, from which water will be used, among others. for watering flower meadows. For each of the ten buildings, there are two apartments adapted for people with physical disabilities. The investment is created in the "design and build" system.
