Location: ŁOWYŃ, VOIVODESHIP GREATERPOLAND

In Łowyń, a full-scale design project was implemented along with a comprehensive proces of the production hall – for the production of ecological fuels from straw together all together with the social and office part. The area covered was 2.92 ha, undeveloped and unarmed. The project has a usable area of 2201.60 m2 and a volume of 22483.91 m3, creating a coherent whole from both technological to the aesthetic point of view

Location: OLSZTYN, WOJ. WARMIŃSKO-MAZURSKIE

The investment plan included the expansion of the A3 body of the Provincial Specialist Children's Hospital in Olsztyn with an area of ​​almost 700 m2, and the renovation of the existing part with the extension of the floor with a connector. In the first stage, two floors were commissioned. The 1st floor houses the Department of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Therapy, equipped with medical columns with an administrative section. On the second floor there is the Infectious Disease Ward with Meltzer chambers equipped with a filtering system, which enable the treatment of patients infected with extremely dangerous viruses. In the second stage, the technical part of the hospital on the ground floor and the Pediatric Wards on the 3rd and 4th floor of the building were built.

Location: SZAMOTUŁY, VOIVODESHIP GREATERPOLAND

The completed facility is a multifunctional facility that has been integrated into an existing school with a connector housing changing rooms, toilets, a room for trainers and a warehouse for sports equipment. The building was also equipped by PKOB Wegner - it has gating curtains that allow to divide the halls into 3 independent pitches and portable stands, from which the audience can watch the sports struggles. It is fully adapted to the needs of people with disabilities.

Location: SULECHÓW, LUBUSZ VOIVODESHIP

The investment in Sulechów is a one-story commercial building, which is an extension of the existing shopping pavilion. The building was divided into 5 commercial premises, each with its own facilities and a supply zone. The building was put into use on April 13, 2017.

Location: BUK, VOIVODESHIP GREATERPOLAND

In cooperation with the City Council and the Beech Municipality the construction of Vocational Schools was completed. Apart from the building itself, the investment included installation equipment, technical infrastructure and the development of the school grounds. Usable area of this two-storey building is 1214,25 m2.

Location: MIŁOSŁAW, VOIVODESHIP GREATERPOLAND

In less than a year, another building was completed, this time at the request of the Municipality of Miłosław. At the Primary School in Miłosław the construction works included: construction, sanitary, electrical, mechanical ventilation, gas boiler and land development.

Location: OLSZTYN, WOJ. WARMIŃSKO-MAZURSKIE

The investment included the construction of a 2-storey building, which is the reconstruction and extension of the A3 body of the Provincial Specialist Children's Hospital in Olsztyn. The building was created to create a Diagnostic and Treatment Team (ZDZ) necessary for the creation of a Trauma Center for Children. The first storey of the building has been adapted for technical purposes, while the second storey houses the treatment and administration part. Treatment rooms located on the second floor are equipped with specialized medical columns and laminar ceilings.

Location: GNIEZNO, VOIVODESHIP GREATERPOLAND

The building of the Police District Headquarters in Gniezno has been completely modernized, including the reconstruction of the sanitary facilities, the replacement of all installations and the adjustment to the needs of the disabled as well as fire regulations. Moreover, the project included the addition of a new office wing, a technical building together with a shooting gallery and a garage building.

Location: MROCZA, VOIVODESHIP KUYAVIAN-POMERANIAN

The construction included a fully-equipped sports hall measuring 30 by 45 meters and a height of 12 meters with a fixed audience for 211 viewers and an additional one for150 persons, fully adapted for the needs of the disabled. Dimensions of the hall allow it to divide into three pitches measuring 15 by 24 meters. Usable floor area is 2746 m2. The facility will also include rooms for operating the weight lifting section - 276 m2 with 12 platforms for the competitors.

Location: GNIEZNO, VOIVODESHIP GREATERPOLAND

The building in Gniezno is 3300 m² of usable area of steel production and warehouse hall. As requested by the investor, PKOB Wegner has been responsible for the whole proces starting with full design service with visualization, execution projects and full infrastructure and ending with the valid license for use.

Location: GNIEZNO, VOIVODESHIP GREATERPOLAND

The building includes a one-storey gymnasium with which the three-storey, lower part is connected. It is possible for 52 people to take part in different activities at the gym at the same time. There is also a stand for a total of 124 seats. Entrance to the stands is ensured from the staircase. The main entrance to the building has been designed in such a way as to allow access to the disabled.

Location: GNIEZNO, VOIVODESHIP GREATERPOLAND

Under strict archaeological supervision at 21 od January, the Market Square in Gniezno was revitalized. The two-storey building, in which the market plate is also the roof of the car park, covers shopping areas with stalls, sanitary facilities and utility rooms. Area of reconstruction: 6268m2

Location: TRZEMESZNO, VOIVODESHIP GREATERPOLAND

Another design for TESCO is the construction of a commercial building along with technical infrastructure in Trzemeszno. The scope of works included, among other things, the preparation of the site for construction, the installation of the necessary installations, the development of the area together with the lighting and the car park. The total usable area of the project is 1024.56 m2.

Location: POZNAŃ, VOIVODESHIP GREATERPOLAND

Delivery of extensive civil works. Construction of 41 m span, delivery of deep foundation with use of 200 foundation piles. Realization of working plans and specifcations regarding foundation piles as well as working plans and specifcations and shop drawings and specifcations of steel structure of 41m span. BUILDING PARAMETERS: Building area: 2854,73 m²; Floor area: 2949,16 m²; Cubic volume: 19367 m³
