"I applied for internships after the third year of engineering studies. I was looking for a company where I could see and experience the real work of a construction engineer, which was not possible in the sterile university conditions. After this time, I can say with all responsibility that the practice has exceeded all my expectations. I not only confronted my theoretical knowledge with the reality prevailing at the construction site, but also received the amazing support of the contract director, who was my guardian. Tasks that were entrusted to me were not trivial at all, which aroused in me a great commitment and responsibility for the projects. Big enough that when I was offered to continue cooperation on the principles of a full-fledged employee after completed internships, I did not have to think for a long time.
