WEGNER has completed conceptual works for the plot no. 2/1 in Anastazewo, by the beach of Lake Powidzkie. The usable area of the planned project is almost 12,000 m2. The concept involves the creation of two eight-story buildings, containing 60 luxury apartments and 80 hotel rooms.
